Job Opportunity: HR Generalist

This is an exciting chance to join a dynamic team and support the HR function in various administrative processes, including employee contracts, probationary periods, and leave tracking.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day HR matters, collaborating with employees, managers, and HR colleagues to provide exceptional service.

* Support the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.

* Partner with managers on talent management activities, identifying and developing top talent within the organization.

* Oversee recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and managing offer and onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.

* Advise managers on employee relations matters, such as performance management and grievances, providing guidance to resolve conflicts effectively.

* Support training and development procedures, including liaising with providers to enhance skills and knowledge within the team.

Requirements:

* A third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field, demonstrating expertise in HR principles and practices.

* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, showcasing adaptability and ability to navigate complex organizational settings.

* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

* Proven ability to manage responsibilities independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.

* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
