OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and analytical Commercialization Senior Supervisor to lead the implementation and embedding of innovation performance governance processes across Europe Foods and International Beverages. This role will be instrumental in executing, embedding, and optimizing global frameworks—particularly the Metrics That Matter to drive Innovation performance. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a deep understanding of innovation performance drivers, and the ability to turn data into insights that drive business action.ResponsibilitiesInnovation Performance Execution & ReportingExecute and embed the global Metrics That Matter framework across Europe Foods and International Beverages, aligning with central design.Report and analyze innovation performance across markets; proactively identify gaps, issues, and opportunities.Deliver clear, action-oriented insights to BU and cross-functional teams to drive innovation impact.Cross-functional Engagement & GovernanceServe as the prime mover for innovation performance reporting, diagnostics and governance for Europe BU and International Beverages.Support Innovation Governance Reviews by providing performance analytics and coordination.Help integrate metrics into strategic and operational routines at BU and Sector levels.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of Monthly and Quarterly Innovation Performance Scorecards and conduct reviews with key stakeholders to develop performance narrative, diagnostics and do-difference.Data Quality & SystemsSupport Commercialization Market Capability team to improve innovation data infrastructure, quality, and system usability. Flag data quality issues and contribute to issue resolution and continuous improvement sessions.Capability Building & Ways of WorkingSupport rollout of training and capability-building initiatives related to Metrics That Matter and Hopper where needed.Reinforce adoption of performance frameworks through consistent communication and reinforcement.Help local teams understand and apply global tools in their day-to-day work.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field); Master’s preferred.3-5 years of experience in finance, commercialization, business analytics. Advanced proficiency in Excel required.Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; familiarity with innovation Cockpit and PEP Innovation processes and tools (e.g., Hopper, Stage Gate) a plus.Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Commercialization, Marketing, Finance a plus.Skilled in using and interpreting business intelligence tools and dashboards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, independent, and proactive, with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
