Business Development Representative
We are hiring two levels of Business Development Representatives on behalf of a global social media leader.
Available Roles:
* BDR – Partner Manager (1+ year experience)(German | French)
* BDR – Agency Specialist (3+ year experience)(German | French)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, engage, and convert high-potential agencies across key European markets
2. Build personalized outreach strategies using insights, trends, and data
3. Run consultative sales processes tailored to client goals and industry nuances
4. Design strategic onboarding roadmaps with performance KPIs
5. Craft winning proposals with compelling value narratives
6. Negotiate and close with a long-term growth mindset
7. Feed client and market intelligence into internal strategy loops
You Bring:
* 1–3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Advertising
* Proven success in building pipelines and smashing sales targets
* Excellent communication & presentation skills (English essential (German | French))
* Experience with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
* Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills
* Willingness to travel for key meetings & industry events
