The business is establishing acentralised preconstruction centre of excellencein Kildare to support its expanding international pipeline.The RoleThe Quality Manager will be responsible for drivingquality assurance and quality planning during preconstruction, ensuring projects are set up for successful delivery before construction commences.This role is heavily focused ontender-stage quality strategy, documentation, and process development, working alongside multidisciplinary preconstruction teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project-specific quality strategies at tender and pre-start stagesPrepare and review quality sections of bid submissions, including ITP frameworks and inspection regimesEngage with design teams to ensure buildability and compliance are embedded earlySupport standardisation of company-wide quality systems for international projectsReview specifications, employers requirements, and design deliverables from a quality perspectiveParticipate in bid reviews, risk workshops, and client meetingsManage quality handover from preconstruction into site delivery teamsRequirementsBackground in quality management with a main contractor or large subcontractorExperience on data centre, logistics, or complex industrial projectsStrong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systemsPreconstruction or tender-stage experience highly desirableExcellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across disciplinesIf interested please forward your CV to Kevin Clair through this jobs board or contact Kevin Clair from KCM Recruitment on Linkedin.
