Chef de Partie required for a full‑time position at Marqette, Terminal 1, Dublin Airport, Swords, Co. Dublin. Marqette, the award‑winning food hall and restaurant in Dublin airport, is seeking to hire a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
Full‑time permanent position, 39 hours per week. Must have at least 2 years chef work experience and be experienced in professional cookery.
Responsibilities
Assist the head and sous chefs during service.
Food prep before service.
Work on starters and main courses.
Help with kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
Cook food to order.
Salary
36,605 Euro per annum.
