Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in senior management, including demonstrative experience in strategic planning. A postgraduate qualification in social care management or equivalent relevant qualification in health or social care is highly desirable.

The job involves assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community. It also requires being on call at evenings and weekends. Requirements include a minimum of Level 7 on the QQI Framework BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
Additionally, a postgraduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification, At least 5 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector are essential for this position.
