Swords Nursing and Convalescent Home is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join their team.
* The successful candidate will work closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote the mobility of residents, supervising and assisting as necessary
* Enable and assist residents to maintain personal appearance/hygiene needs while maintaining dignity
* Communicate with nurses regarding resident condition or daily life aspects
* Participate in social activities, organizing and carrying them out when needed
* Maintain high levels of communication between resident families/staff developing good relationships
