As a Technical Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient processing of dealing transactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory and client standards.
* Process and quality check a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems.
* Provide input to process changes resulting in greater operational efficiency.
* Offer day-to-day support and guidance to junior team members, collaborate with the Team Leader on workflow distribution, and optimize staff resource utilization.
* Identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls.
* Execute complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
* Engage in direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management as required.
* Function as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees.
* Manage daily operational activities, supervising the work of junior employees while not holding a formal management role.
* Exhibit technical expertise and a broader knowledge of other areas.
* Deliver high-quality work products that require minimal revision.
* Facilitate discussions and reach informed decisions.
