The Role
You will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience.
* Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Ensure excellent guest experiences through attentive service and attention to detail.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations.
* Monitor and maintain quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
* Manage scheduling, rostering, and staff performance.
* Assist with stock control and inventory management.
