We are seeking to hire an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper in our Ballyvourney, Co. Cork office.
Responsibilities:
 * Assisting with accounts preparations & Tax returns for our clients
 * Data entry
 * Bank Reconciliation
 * VAT & RCT Returns
 * Payroll
 * MISC duties as required
Candidate Profile:
 * Confident with figures and have good computer skills.
 * Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients on your portfolio
 * Be flexible and well organised
 * Be a natural team player, comfortable working closely in a team environment
 * Previous use of Bright Software/ Sage/ Autoentry are an advantage
 * Dealing with client queries in relation to the above
 * Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and focus on meeting deadlines
 * Fluent written and spoken English is essential
