Dispatch Operative – Packer
Location: Greater Belfast Area
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £26k based on 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Overtime: Evenings are paid at time and a quarter. Weekend overtime paid at time and a half.
Bonus: Monthly and annual performance bonuses available

Key Responsibilities
· Pack and dispatch orders to exact specifications, ensuring client deadlines and quality standards are met.
· Follow company procedures using in-house computerised administration systems.
· Accurately maintain all documentation.
· Keep your working area and equipment clean and well-maintained.
· Participate in training and development activities.
· Build and maintain positive internal relationships.
· Proactively suggest and implement improvements.
· Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues.
· Support the company's continuous improvement efforts.
· Perform additional duties such as finishing, as required by the role.
· Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by management.
What We're Looking For
· Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
· Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
· Willingness to be flexible and work additional hours to meet business needs.
· Previous experience in a similar packing/despatch role is desirable but not essential.
