Role/Department:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Private Equity department in Limerick, Ireland. As a member of this team, you will assist in all aspects of fund administration, including accounting, transfer agency, and financial reporting.
* Deliver high-quality service to each client assigned to your team.
* Prepare interim and annual financial statements for PE Funds, including consolidated financial statements for complex structures and listed entities.
* Liaise with clients and external auditors, addressing audit queries.
* E nsure agreed client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met.
Skills and Qualifications:
A recognized Professional Accounting qualification (preferable) with several years of experience.
Detailed knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS.
