John A. Sinnott & Co Solicitors are currently recruiting for a Legal Executive with experience in Conveyancing and Litigation for their Enniscorthy office. Responsibilities include
* Formatting letters and other legal documents in Conveyancing and Litigation cases
* Communicating with clients and professionals
* Transcribing dictation
* Diary management
* Gathering information and assisting in preparing legal documents
* Filing, invoicing and general administrative support
Candidate Profile
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in conveyancing and litigation at a legal executive or secretary level is necessary
* Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in a Case management System are essential
