The Opportunity
Our client, High‑End Global Fund Administrator, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Compliance Manager to join their team in Dublin. This critical role is focused on providing specialist compliance support relating to Cayman Islands Regulations.
The Role: Compliance Manager (Cayman Focus)
As a key member of the Cayman Islands Compliance Team, you will be instrumental in ensuring adequate compliance support for our Cayman clients and providing specialized regulatory compliance support across all Business lines.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the firm's risk and compliance framework, with a strong emphasis on Anti‑Money Laundering, Anti‑Terrorism Financing, and Anti‑Proliferation Financing (AML/ATF/APF).
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
* Framework Management: Assist in operating, developing, and enhancing the objectives of the Company's Cayman risk and compliance framework, focusing on risk mitigation, challenges, and assessment of business risk.
* Client & Investor Review: Review KYC and assist the Business in the review of documents for low, medium, and high‑risk clients/investors, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
* High‑Risk Activity Oversight: Review and advise the Business on high‑risk activities such as third‑party payments and bank account changes.
* Sanction Screening: Oversight of the sanction screening process, including potential filings of Compliance Reporting Forms.
* Board Reporting: Prepare and deliver the quarterly Compliance Monitoring Program to the Board of Directors.
* Regulatory Filings: Responsible for the annual preparation and filing of relevant AML surveys to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA).
* Culture & Assessment: Promote a robust compliance culture and assess and document Harmonic Group Risk and Compliance objectives.
* Audit Coordination: Coordinate compliance audit activities and effectively communicate findings.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Cayman Islands regulatory compliance and a proven track record in a similar Compliance Manager or Senior Analyst role within a regulated financial environment.
