You will work as part of the accounting team, furthering your experience in all areas of accounts preparation, P&L and Balance sheet workings, variance analysis, accruals, prepayments, bank and credit card reconciliations (but to name a few). Your work is key in providing support on a number of company entities to the companies qualified accountants. Maintain accurate schedules to document accruals and prepayments. Bank and credit card reconciliations for multi-currency accounts. Provision of margin and variance analysis and departmental Reporting. Responsibility for employee expense scheme and ensuring accurate allocation to appropriate overheads. Liaising with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure completeness and inclusion of all transactions in the Ledgers. Cash management and processing of domestic and international payments. Treasury Reporting. Supporting any trainees assigned to the area as you grow in your new role. Person Specification & Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years accounting experience IATI / Trainee Accountant studying or looking to progress with (ACCA,CIMA or ACA) desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change Experience with excel and other ERP systems Strong communication skills Inquisitive nature Ability to meet weekly and monthly deadlines Team player with excellent communication skills Skills: trainee accountant part qualified accountant accounts assistant accounting technician acca Benefits: Work From Home bonus pension VHI study hybrid
