Working Pattern
Monday - Thursday: 08:00 to 16:30
Friday: 08:00 to 15:30
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Overarching management of plant facilities and soft services teams
Lead Facility and Soft Services teams to ensure KPI metrics are consistently achieved
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Report to the site leadership team on current issues, with clear escalation paths
Assess and report on the current condition and capacity of plant services
Develop and provide future energy strategies for plant upgrades and replacements
Collaborate with cross-functional and support teams to coordinate preventative maintenance and calibration activities
Plan and execute facility-related tasks during annual shutdown periods
Demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement
Maintain accurate and timely records in line with CMMS requirements
Learn and become proficient in all relevant site systems necessary to perform the role
Requirements
Qualification in Facility Engineering or a trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar facilities management role
Several years’ experience working within a manufacturing environment
Experience in the medical device industry is an advantage
Strong business understanding of operations and key performance metrics
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving ability
Proven track record in Facility Management
High level of customer service and strong interpersonal skills
