Tender Administration Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and execute all administrative and transactional aspects of the tendering process. This includes managing key tender milestones, preparing and uploading documentation to platforms, and issuing correspondence at both pre- and post-tender stages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tender milestones and deadlines.
* Prepare and upload documentation to platforms.
* Issue correspondence at pre- and post-tender stages.
* Support clarification processes and assist in opening and archiving submissions.
* Maintain accurate records and store documentation in line with internal procedures.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, tender administration, or a related business field. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential. Familiarity with eSourcing platforms and public procurement portals is highly desirable.
