Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Supervisor to join their team in Parkmore West Business Park, Galway.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to step into a leadership role within a busy and well-established food service operation.
The position offers a
Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule
, providing an excellent work-life balance compared to traditional hospitality roles.
We are seeking a
hands-on supervisor with strong barista experience and a positive attitude
who can support daily operations while leading and motivating the team.
The Duties
Supervise the daily operation of the food service area.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
Support the management team with staff supervision and team coordination.
Train and guide team members on service standards and coffee preparation.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety standards.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily operational checks.
Ensure the service area is organised and operating efficiently during peak periods.
The Must Requirements
Must have
experience in hospitality
.
Barista experience is essential
.
Must have
experience in a similar role.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Must be
living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
.
Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
