Production Operations Specialist
to support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns.
In this role, you'll work closely with production, creative, and legal teams to ensure campaigns are launched flawlessly—from setup and testing to asset tracking and performance documentation.

This role is hybrid, but fully remote will also be considered with some travel to office required.
Responsibilities
Set up and update campaign components in internal systems, including offers, creatives, and user journeys.
Use HTML and CSS to format and QA campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, and ancillary copy (e.g., lift notes, space ads, abandon flows).
Perform daily QA testing across campaign elements to ensure all links, tracking parameters, and flows function properly.
Support the creative and production teams by loading content into CMS or email platforms and troubleshooting display issues.
Coordinate the review process with pre- and post-legal to ensure compliance across all assets.
Track all ancillary copy usage (cross-sells, upsells, retargeting, etc.) to ensure coverage and consistency.
Assist in setting up and launching A/B tests and documenting results to support performance optimization.
Maintain organized records of campaign components, test outcomes, legal approvals, and publishing timelines.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns on schedule and escalate issues as needed.
Support day-to-day campaign needs, from last-minute updates to version control and content swaps.
Help with reporting by gathering campaign metrics and summarizing key takeaways for post-mortems.
Qualifications
Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills required (must be comfortable editing emails or landing page content).
Familiarity with QA practices for web/email content (e.g., link tracking, rendering tests).
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deliverables.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), ESPs, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to spot issues before they become blockers.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and processes.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
Bonus points for candidates with experience supporting SMS campaigns or familiarity with SMS.
