Service Engineer is required for a dynamic role that involves extensive travel throughout Europe to provide installation, commissioning, maintenance and technical support for industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-skilled ability in electrical fault-finding and mechanical repairs with proven expertise in PLCs, drives, gearboxes and hydraulics.
The Service Engineer will be the primary technical contact for customers ensuring equipment operates reliably and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
* Installation & Commissioning: Lead the installation testing and final commissioning of complex electro-mechanical systems at customer sites across Europe.
* Field Service & Diagnostics: Perform preventative maintenance (PPM) rapid reactive breakdown support diagnose and rectify complex faults involving electrical circuits hydraulic circuits pneumatics precision mechanical components.
* Client Support & Training: Provide expert technical training hands-on guidance to client maintenance teams operators build strong relationships with key European clients.
You must possess a full clean drivers license be fully prepared for extensive scheduled international travel across Europe up to 70% travel commitment.
