Privacy and Data Protection Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Privacy and Data Protection Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the development of our data protection strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical legal advice on Irish and EU data protection laws, including GDPR and e-Privacy Regulations.
- Monitor legislative developments that impact us, providing assessments and interpretations as required.
- Advise marketing and technology teams on e-Privacy compliance (cookie management, email marketing, push notifications).
- Ensure our data protection policies remain compliant and up-to-date.
### Requirements:
* 4-6 years' post qualification legal experience in data protection law
* Strong ability to work independently managing multiple priorities;
* Proven project management skills delivering results in fast-paced environments;
