Training Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and schedule training activities, including room bookings, catering, and administrative tasks.
2. Develop and maintain accurate training records and reports.
3. Collaborate with functional areas to plan and deliver training programs.
4. Liaise with external trainers and consultants as required.
5. Maintain site training systems, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with GDP requirements.
Requirements:
* Third-level education or equivalent professional experience in a similar role.
* Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with staff across all levels of the organization.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
