We serve residential, commercial, agricultural, and public sector clients, supporting them throughout their solar installation journey. We are expanding our sales team to meet increased demand.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive new business growth, nurture leads, and help expand our presence in the commercial and agricultural solar markets.Key Responsibilities· Proactively source and qualify new leads across residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors· Present Solar Compare's value proposition to prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings· Guide customers through the solar PV quotation and advisory process· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and installer partners· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs· Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on all assigned leads· Stay up to date on solar PV technology, SEAI grants, and market trendsRequirements· 2+ years' experience in sales (B2B or B2C; renewable energy sector preferred but not required)· Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Strong organizational and time management abilities· Self-motivated with a consultative, customer-first approach· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes· Full driving license (preferred for field-based meetings)Benefits· Competitive base salary plus commission structure· Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, purpose-driven sector· Ongoing training and professional development· Supportive, collaborative team environment· Fully expensed company vehicleJob Type: Full-timePay: €50,000.00-€90,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carCompany pensionFlexitimeOn-site gymWork from homeWork Location: In person
