Required Skills & Qualifications: * Lifeguard qualification - Essential for this role, demonstrating your ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations. * Candidate with Swim Teacher or ITEC/NCEF Gym Instructor qualification would be considered desirable as it shows enthusiasm for teaching others about swimming techniques or fitness methods which are extremely beneficial skills especially when working with people across age groups including youth camps!
