Home Surveyor / BER Assessor – OS Insulate
We are a leading insulation and retrofit company in West Cork, specialising in home surveys, attic and wall insulation, and SEAI grant assistance. To support our growth, we're hiring a Home Surveyor to join our team.
The Role
* Carry out home energy surveys across West Cork
* Inspect property fabric, insulation, and heating systems.
* Produce clear advisory reports
* Support customers with SEAI grant paperwork and guide them through the process.
* Work with our installation team to ensure accurate project scoping.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in construction, surveying, or building services.
* BER registration (or willingness to complete SEAI-approved BER training).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail.

* Salary €38,000 – €48,000 depending on experience.
