Job Title: Marketing and Bid Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional with experience in bid management to fill this key position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tendering process in the construction industry and be able to effectively promote our business through various media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote our company on all media platforms to generate lead opportunities
* Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
* Manage and update our website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available
* Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures and presentations
* Track and monitor opportunity pipelines using CRM software and provide regular progress reports
* Maintain accurate competency records
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely responses to tenders and other business opportunities
Requirements:
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
* Highly competent in administrative skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in Adobe In-Design graphical software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with construction or marketing principles
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in marketing or construction
* Previous experience in marketing or bid management
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar business role
