Overview
With a genuine passion for improving patient care, you will be an enthusiastic and experienced registered nurse working the on the road type of position, travelling to the Munster region. You will be responsible for ensuring the service delivers its optimum performance, achieving a seamless service and improving patient experience as part of the triage team, assessing referrals timely, and signposting to other teams and services.
Responsibilities

Cannulation & Phlebotomy - Essential experience
Administration/Education of Subcutaneous Therapies
IV Administration Therapies in Home Settings
Maintain full compliance with company Policies & Procedures
Complete electronic nursing records in a timely and accurate manner
Report details of Adverse Events, Product Complaints and/or Clinical Incidents as per policy
Perform basic IT/computer tasks
Develop relationships with new contacts and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
Work independently while valuing teamwork, showing good judgment and effective time management
Travel domestically as required (39 hours per week, Monday-Sunday, 3 long shifts per week)

Candidate Requirements

An Bord Altranais Nursing Registration
Minimum of 5 years post registration experience in an acute hospital or community setting
Proficiency in Cannulation & Phlebotomy
Interest in Community Nursing
Full clean driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically
Basic IT/computer skills
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar discipline is desirable but not essential
