We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team at UPMC Kildare Hospital. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care and contribute to the development of innovative practices within the unit.
* Clinical responsibilities include delivering exceptional standards of patient care, acting as a preceptor to students, mentoring new clinical staff, and supporting colleagues.
* Professional accountability includes maintaining current registration with relevant nursing boards, submitting to HR yearly, and participating in research where appropriate.
* Quality and audit responsibilities include participating in clinical audits, analyzing results, and providing written reports.
The ideal candidate will hold a General & Paediatric nursing degree from the NMBI, have at least 1 year's post-registration experience, and possess surgical experience desirable.
