Key Responsibilities:
* Service Management: Ensure top-tier service delivery across various lines.
* Customer Satisfaction: Drive service excellence and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe, compliant environment and address any issues promptly.
* Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors for services like pest control and groundskeeping.
* Financial Performance: Ensure robust financial performance and compliance with health, safety, and legislative standards.
* Collaboration: Work with SME support teams in finance, health and safety, quality, and HR.
* Strategic Support: Assist in developing business strategies aligned with client needs.
* Governance: Ensure consistent governance at each site.
Qualifications:
* Experience managing large sites with multi-disciplined teams.
* Strong client relationship and people management skills.
* Ability to develop commercially viable solutions.
* Capability to manage multiple workloads in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in financial and commercial information.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Proven ability to lead business change programs.
