Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
* Offer guidance and support to the nursing team, aiding them in achieving performance goals and enhancing the overall quality of care.
* Monitor resident care outcomes and quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* Effectively manage staffing levels to secure adequate coverage while minimizing operational costs.
* Supervise training initiatives for new nurses and facilitate continuous professional development for existing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional care.
* Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement a strategic business plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
* Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements pertinent to the nursing home setting, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
* Qualification in Management
* Active Registration with the NMBI
* Minimum 3 years of experience within the last 5 years, in a leadership role in a Nursing home setting, with a proven track record of success and achievement.
