Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and charismatic Corporate Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business by identifying, targeting, and securing corporate clients for our event packages. This role requires a creative salesperson with a deep understanding of the corporate events market and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Proactively generate new leads and build a robust pipeline of corporate clients through networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and event planners. Act as their primary point of contact from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
* Tailored Solutions: Work with clients to understand their specific needs and goals, then create bespoke event packages that leverage our unique venue spaces and experiences.
* Contract Negotiation & Closure: Expertly negotiate contracts and finalize deals to maximize profitability and secure new business.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving needs of corporate clients in the events and entertainment sector.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the venue operations team to ensure seamless event execution and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in corporate events, hospitality, or a related field in Ireland.
* Demonstrable experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Dublin corporate and events landscape.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* A creative and solution-oriented mindset.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
