* Assist clients in finding skilled individuals to join their company.
* Nurture existing relationships and develop new ones with clients and candidates.
* Gain exposure to multiple areas of the industry, including construction and engineering.

* Sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet client needs.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
