 * Greeting guests and completing procedures on check in & check out
 * Managing and handling phone reservations, confirming previously-made reservations & answering any customer queries
 * Processing payments and balancing financial records
 * Handling guest inquiries & complaints, and contacting necessary personnel to follow up.
 * Delivering excellent customer service to all guests at all times
The successful candidate will be required to have:
 * Minimum 1 years' experience as a Receptionist
 * Experience in working with "Hotsoft" system will be an advantage
 * Exceptional Customer Service skills
 * Knowledge of Microsoft word, outlook & excel and experience with an office management system is an asset
 * Ability to work flexible hours – evenings & weekends
 * Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
 * Must process a "Can Do" attitude
 * Well organised and ability to work on your own initiative
 * Be efficient with great organisational skill
