This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent accuracy, and experience using Sage. The successful candidate will support accounts payable and receivable, assist with month-end reporting, and help ensure the smooth running of the finance department.Hybrid working options are available following the initial training period.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable: allocating & reconciling supplier accounts, invoice processing, setting up new suppliers. Supplier payment runs for the group.Accounts Receivable: allocating & reconciling customer accounts, issuing statements, credit control for the group.Invoice discounting reporting and annual bank audit preparation.Monitoring employee credit card expenses.Assisting with month-end reporting, including posting journals.Assist in creating a detailed audit file and support the year end audit processOverseeing Banking, intercompany and sales reportingResponding to supplier and customer enquiries.Filing, archiving, and general admin duties.What We're Looking ForExperience in an account's role is essential, min 3 yearsProven Sage experience (Sage 200 or equivalent).Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Good communication and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in Excel (X look up and Pivot table) is an advantageExperience with ROS and revenue returns (Vat, CSO, Intrastat, Vies) is an advantageHours: Neg, ideally full time 39 hrs. per week Monday to FridayHybrid work available after training.
