Job Description
The role of Strategic HR Partner involves working closely with the HR Operations Manager and Director of Human Resources to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include:
* Recruitment: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing job postings, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Human Resources Management: Overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
* Employee Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels, providing coaching and guidance on employment-related matters, and investigating and resolving employee complaints.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of human resources management principles and practices. They will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, think strategically, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management. A Master's degree is an asset. They will also possess certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
