Client Success Specialist Job Description
This role presents a compelling opportunity to drive growth for our partners and their clients by sourcing, activating, and onboarding new partners. The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for educating them on available tools and resources, nurturing early-stage relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard high-potential partners
* Educate and train partners on available tools and resources
* Nurture early-stage relationships to ensure engagement and success
* Surface new business opportunities for the sales team
* Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Sales for a seamless partner experience
* Travel up to 25% across Europe for partner meetings and events
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English
* Ideally, some experience in sales, account management, or any role that entails building relationships with customers or stakeholders
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner relationships
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
