Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our team in representing our Trust Management Platform to prospects and customers. As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll be responsible for establishing relationships with customer's Security and Compliance points of contact and advising on best practices for implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to represent our platform to prospects and customers
* Engage with executives and senior staff at prospect and customer organizations to establish relationships
* Become an expert on the security features available for customers to deploy within our platform
* Advise customers on compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience working with security and privacy frameworks and regulations
* Demonstrable expertise in SOC 2 or ISO 27001
* Technical expertise to understand and explain security concepts
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and version control systems
* Experience building productive relationships and driving collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
