Zoho Recruit
and are looking for an experienced freelancer to adapt and optimize the system for our multilingual, international recruiting processes.
Your Responsibilities
* Customize and configure
Zoho Recruit
to align with our recruitment workflows (DACH & EMEA)
* Set up
automations, workflows, email templates, forms, and dashboards
* Integrate Zoho Recruit with other
Zoho One modules
(CRM, Campaigns, Flow, Careersite)
* Manage
data migration and cleanup
(candidates, clients, contacts, jobs)
* Advise on
best practices
for recruitment agencies and in-house TA teams
* (Optional) Provide short
training sessions or documentation
for our team
Requirements
* Proven experience in
Zoho Recruit implementation and customization
(2–3 completed projects minimum)
* Knowledge of
Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and custom modules
is a plus
* Solid understanding of
recruitment or staffing processes
* Excellent communication skills in
English
(German a plus)
* Freelance / remote availability, with
immediate project start preferred
Project Details
* Start: ideally within the next 2 weeks
* Duration: approx. 2–3 weeks initially (with potential for ongoing collaboration)
* Remote work, flexible hours and time zones welcome
