My client is looking for a admin assistant to join their estimator team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Construction Management team
2. Assist with day-to-day tasks
3. Manage payment claim dates for subcontractors
4. Liaise with the Contracts Department to track claim issuance dates
5. Format and prepare key documents
What We're Looking For:
6. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
7. Comfortable with routine administrative tasks
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Strong analytical abilities
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
11. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
12. Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage
