* Blow away retail targets - total sales, units per transaction, and total products sold.
* Be the Shoe Guru - act as the official shoe ambassador and help achieve departmental greatness.
* Rock the Brand - embody Skechers' style and standards while following training guidelines.
* Deliver Amazing Customer Service - provide top-notch assistance to make every shopper's day.
* Upsell like a Pro - sell shoes plus accessories and apparel, making it cool.
* Know Your Stuff - maintain strong product knowledge.
* Team Up - collaborate with back-of-house crew and management to ensure the right fit for customers.
* Share the Love - spread knowledge and product know-how with the sales team for a memorable shopping experience.

* Keep It Fresh - keep the sales floor stocked and looking sharp all day, every day.
