A global player in financial technology is expanding its sales team in Cork and is looking for confident professionals who are eager to connect with business prospects and convert interest into action.
What will you be doing?
Engage with pre-qualified prospects by phone and guide them through the onboarding journey
Translate individual business needs into actionable solutions through tailored product messaging
Maintain a well-structured pipeline and keep client touchpoints organized
Run digital product walkthroughs and ensure the platform's benefits are clearly communicated
Drive KPIs related to account activation and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve escalations or streamline customer setup
What You Should Bring:
At least 12 years experience in B2B outreach, inside sales, or a similar technology-driven sales setting
Track record of handling objections professionally and successfully closing deals
Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written
Legal eligibility to work and reside in the Republic of Ireland
Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge is beneficial)
Solid organizational skills and an efficient approach to time management
Ability to explain digital tools or platforms in a straightforward and accessible way
Confident when presenting or conducting demo sessions with business stakeholders
