On-boarding Specialist - Risk and Partnership Affairs (Graduate/Entry level)

The Client
Our client is a global law firm, known for being a leader in their field. They have a large corporate office in Dublin city and offer ongoing training and development.
About the role
In this role, you will:
1. Conduct conflict searches and analyze results
2. Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations
3. Stay updated with changes in regulations and industry standards
4. Investigate to understand whether changes to existing mandates create conflicts or compliance issues for the firm
5. Liaise with partners and lawyers to resolve conflicts of interest arising from scope changes since original conflicts clearance
6. Assist in firm-wide training related to conflicts, information barriers, and compliance policies
7. Manage administration including record maintenance
8. Provide reports and updates on work items as required
9. Assist with database searches to meet regulatory requirements
10. Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as needed
About you
* You are highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
* You possess strong system skills
* You can work independently and as part of a team
* You thrive in busy, high-volume environments and work accurately under pressure
* You have a proactive approach, with excellent client service and communication skills
* Ideally, you hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
* Experience with Intapp or similar onboarding tools and proficiency in Excel is essential
