Project Manager Role
The Project Services Department is responsible for developing and owning plans, core processes, control systems, and business intelligence that enable efficient management of projects and infrastructural assets.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing authoritative advice and professional expertise in scheduling, estimating, and administering capital projects
* Creating and programming Time, Cost, and Risk data and performance metrics across all project activities and reporting information concisely at all levels
* Ensuring the commercial management of construction contracts from initial production of contract documentation to agreeing final accounts post construction
Requirements
* A third-level qualification in quantity surveying or a related discipline
* 5 years post-graduate experience in quantity surveying, mainly in civil engineering and large-scale infrastructure projects
* Be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with RICS / SCSI, or be professionally registered at an equivalent level, or attain registration within two years
