SDR Manager
to build, lead and develop a high-performing outbound team targeting complex, hard-to-reach accounts.
This is a key leadership role in the commercial organisation, ideal for someone who thrives on building structure, process and capability from the ground up — and who knows how to motivate SDRs to think creatively, stay resilient and consistently open doors.
What You'll Do
* Lead, coach and inspire a team of SDRs to achieve ambitious pipeline targets
* Design and refine outbound strategies to reach high-value accounts in challenging markets
* Build scalable processes and playbooks to ensure repeatable success
* Develop training programmes that turn SDRs into exceptional sales professionals
* Use data to identify what's working, and continuously optimise performance
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to align messaging, campaigns and targets
* Foster a creative, high-energy team culture that rewards initiative and results
About You
* Proven experience managing SDR or BDR teams in a SaaS or tech environment
* Strong understanding of outbound sales motions and complex prospecting
* A hands-on leader who leads by example and isn't afraid to pick up the phone
* Excellent coaching, mentoring and performance management skills
* Creative thinker who encourages experimentation and innovation in outreach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
