Our client is currently involved in Commercial, Residential, Life Science/Pharma and mission critical. Within this position you will work on prestigious projects with industry leaders.
Specific Requirements
Relevant Third level Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field10+ years’ experience preferably with a main contractorPrevious projects experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects is preferred (Mission Critical, Pharma, Data Centres, Hi-Tech)Chartered or working towards chartershipExcellent interpersonal and communication skills required
Key responsibilities
Manage & coordinate all phases of the Mechanical Services project delivery cycle fromCo-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activitiesEnsure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the projectEnsure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan.Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP servicesWork collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team
