Lead Customer Service Team Member
In this key role, you will play a vital part in driving sales and achieving targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
You will support the Site Manager in operating the business, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures. In their absence, you will assume responsibility for the site.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Site Manager in operating the business in line with company policies and procedures
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service skills
* Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets
* Take on additional responsibilities as required in the absence of the Site Director/Site Manager

Requirements
* Experience: 1-2 years experience in a similar role is desirable
