PM Group is seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant/LEED AP to collaborate with our world-leading team.

Sustainability Consultant Responsibilities:
1. Manage sustainability projects from concept to handover stage
2. Undertake LEED and/or BREEAM Assessments across commercial & industrial schemes
3. Understand and apply current and proposed Sustainability related legislation
4. Develop and manage client relationships
5. Prepare technical reports
Other team services include:
* Climate risk assessment
* Building life-cycle assessments
* Building physics simulation modelling
* NZEB, Decarbonisation strategies
* Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design strategies
* Building Energy Management Assessment
* Sustainability master planning & Environmental Planning
* Impact Assessments & Regulatory Permitting
Requirements:
* A Minimum Qualification of Bachelor's Degree (Level 8 NQF) in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subject
* Qualifications in LEED AP BD&C and/or additional specialisations
* At least 5 years' experience as a sustainability consultant or related position
* Minimum of 2-3 projects completed through to certification
