Senior Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic trade accounts across Ireland.
About the Role
* This is a senior B2B field sales role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* You will be responsible for leading the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify, engage, and build strong relationships with trade clients including IT resellers, VARs, MSPs, and contractors.
2. Promote certified refurbished hardware, effectively communicating technical specifications, reliability standards, and sustainability benefits.
3. Deliver tailored IT solutions aligned with client needs, offering TCO and ROI comparisons to highlight the advantages of refurbished assets.
4. Manage the full sales cycle: pipeline development, outreach, quoting, negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management.
5. Conduct in-person site visits, product demonstrations, and configuration consultations.
6. Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, procurement, and technical specifications for custom or bulk orders.
7. Maintain detailed records of sales activity and performance metrics using CRM tools.
8. Report on market insights to inform strategies.
9. Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings with professionalism and technical credibility.
