As we expand, we're looking for a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Engineer with hydrothermal expertise to join our solutions delivery team in Lecce – the 'Florence of the South'.
About the Role
You will:
* Lead installation, management, and maintenance of our advanced fluids in HVAC and industrial systems.
* Design and implement on-site and remote monitoring solutions (IoT & SCADA).
* Provide critical feedback to R&D teams, bridging research and real-world application.
* Support international deployments of cutting-edge nanofluid technology.
What We're Looking For
* Degree (Master's preferred) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
* 5+ years' experience in hydrothermal systems, electromechanical installations, or IoT integration.
* Strong programming skills (LabVIEW, Python, C++).
* Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA) and SCADA systems.
* Familiarity with IPMVP for energy efficiency evaluation (advantageous).
* Fluent English (C2); Italian is a plus.
* Willingness to travel to remote sites.
