Job Title: Financial Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our finance team as a Financial Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the growth and transformation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with monthly management accounts preparation, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Process month-end cost journals for key account lines within the P&L, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis, investigating and resolving variances in a timely manner.
• Support annual audit process and engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements:
• Part-qualified accountant or accounts technician with 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with regulated control systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
